We had the BEST experience with Carpet Now! Robert was so responsive and nice. He came out once to show us samples. He then came out again to bring the samples on the day we were choosing paint, just to help us out. We hadn’t even signed an agreement with him yet. He was also a straight shooter. No hard sell or cheesy BS. Just a super helpful, professional, efficient and really nice guy to work with. 5 star customer service, for sure. His installation crew was amazing as well. In addition to all of that, his prices were the best for the quality of carpet we were looking for. Great customer service from initial consultation to follow up after installation. Robert, our salesman, listened to want I needed and offered options until I found the perfect carpet. He also communicated with me before and after install. The install crew was great, finishing 3 bedrooms in less than 6 hours. They were careful while moving our furniture, and didn’t mar our walls/baseboards. I will recommend Carpet Now to friends & family!

Highly recommend Carpet One! Our salesman, Robert was fantastic ! He had great communication and came out right away to measure and quote. He was able to schedule us on short notice, too! Rodrigo and his coworker did an outstanding job installing the carpet. They were fast, hard working and finished the job in one day. We are 100% satisfied with their work! I can’t praise them enough! They are worth more than 5 STARS!!
