Not a great experience – I came in to inquire about the wedding gowns and it took them forever to even acknowledge I was there. Once they did see me, I was told to make an appointment and then they walked away. I did not make an appointment and went with someone who was more helpful in the process

Very bad shopping experience, highly disappointing. I love Carolina Herrera and was very excited to visit the store on Madison Av for some shopping. I walked in the store and the vendor did not care to help me, he rather keep chatting with an usual costumer. I walked to another vendor and it was the same. I suggest you to dress up with an expensive look and shopper potential to be assisted.
