I am disappointed with the COVID policy. I came for a simple oil change: I have to wait outside in the cold on a hard chair while the sign says that they are open for appointments only. Well, I do have an appointment – I guess for the lonely plastic chair outside. Be aware, it is intended for drop off services. Still, it would be nice to have a heated space.

I would give 5 stars as the service itself (once we were seen) was fast, efficient, friendly, and easy. However, we had an appointment at 6 pm and checked in but we sat there until 8 pm without anyone saying anything or routinely checking in on us. I kept asking multiple times if we had been checked in since we weren’t being approached. No explanation was given.
