Selling my car with CarMax was very simple. Aside from the great experience, CarMax offered me the most for my vehicle. As a result, I also purchased a vehicle from them which was also very simple and quick. I didn’t need to spend the whole day at the dealership and I not once felt pressured to add on services and warranties to my vehicle purchase. I enjoyed the stress free environment. The employees let you look around in peace and offer their guidance if you request it. They don’t attack you like other salesman at dealerships do and they really don’t haggle you. Overall, I regret not purchasing from them sooner. I bought an amazing vehicle for an amazing price.

I randomly drove by and saw my dream car in their lot. After endless hours of one person after another asking for information, the Carmax team eventually worked it all out for me to drive off in my black beauty! They were by my side every step of the way and even owned up to their goofs by treating my family and I to dinner! Dinner tasted so much sweeter driving over in my dream car!! So in Love

Sales team was great, service team, not so much. Purchased our vehicle, and the air con was not working. Left to get serviced, on a Saturday. So we purchased and left the vehicle. No call from service department or any details on diagnosis, my wife called on following week’s Wednesday, say truck is ready. I go to pick it up, still not cooling after sitting in vehicle for 5 minutes, gentleman smirks and says Sir its been in the sun, you have to let it kick in. I speak to service supervisor, he tells me it needs to be driven. So I do, and still nothing. Speaking to me as if I have never been around a vehicle in my 43 yrs on earth. Leave vehicle. One week later, still no call, so we have to call AGAIN, and the following day after we call, I receive a call and an update. 2 weeks after purchasing the vehicle, we finally get to pick it up. Wouldn’t have been so bad if service department didn’t act so condescending or lack of updating us on progress.
