Dylan was so patient and helpful throughout the entire process. He really takes out time to understand his customers needs and wants and even offer other things that a specific vehicle may lack. He’s such a kind person. We were kinda on the fence of a vehicle so he held the vehicle for us just to make sure it was what we wanted. His communication skill is impeccable and he’s wonderful. The fact that I told him to throw something away that was in my vehicle but instead he held it? The next day I went there to return a key from my previous vehicle and there my item sat on his desk. He said, “I held it just for you!” Because I really wanted it but was too caught up in my new vehicle that at the moment I didn’t care. I’ve purchased other vehicles in the past but this experience with Dylan was beyond my expectation. The experience was great, I was able to browse for my vehicle in the privacy of my home, select the one I was interested in, order it and have it arrive at my local CarMax. The vehicle was inspected at both locations to my satisfaction and I was able to complete the purchase at a time I found to fit my schedule. I think it was brilliant.

We actually had what could have been a really bad experience. We purchased a car from CarMax and immediately had electrical problems with it. CarMax stepped in and did everything they could to get the car fixed including giving us a loaner car to use. When we decided to take them up on their 30 day return and back out of our purchase, CarMax was once again fabulous! I was anticipating “small print” to fight through but there was none! It was completely painless and peaceful and we ended up purchasing another vehicle from them. They were even having some kind of IT issue the day we went in to return the car we originally purchased and paid for us to go have lunch while they got the technical bugs worked out. CarMax pleasantly surprised us at every turn!! We will be back and I would recommend them to anyone!! Thank you, CarMax!!
