I had a great experience at CarMax Buffalo with Nathalie and Grant. I initially reached out to Grant, who connected me with Nathalie. She was my perfect car connection. We had a great rapport and I felt comfortable with her. I wasn’t sure about my first choice so she suggested the 24 hour test drive. When I brought it back, I still wasn’t sure. I quickly told her what more I was looking for. They were EXTREMELY busy and short staffed. She still managed to find the exact car I was looking for that day. It ended up being the car I bought.
