We had a great experience at Carl’s. Antoine was fantastic. He was able to find us everything we needed but was engaging, charming and wanted to make sure we had a good experience. He even threw in a few pillows for our son (we’re redoing his room for when he gets home from the Army in July!!) And when we got the wrong item (by no fault of Carl’s) which was a weird glass print instead of the flag that we wanted, they accepted the return and gave us another pillow for our inconvenience. HA HA!!Seriously though, we are really happy with our experience. Anthony was a big help too! We will make sure to ask for these two next time we’re there!!!

First time shopping at Carl’s and I have to say the service was absolutely amazing! Rich was absolutely the best from the time we walked in! Also, along with Larry and Antonnie. They didn’t make us feel like customers instead they treated us as they have known us forever. I am so pleased with our service and looking forward to going back!!
