I made an appointment online for 7:00 pm for swelling on the left side of my face. I received a call from a staff member maybe 10 minutes later to ask if I can come in sooner to ensure I didn’t have a stroke. As soon as I arrived, I was immediately seen by a nurse to check my vitals and placed in a room. She was very nice, professional, and thorough with my care. Dr. Hammond was also very nice, professional, and ask thorough questions. I have never experienced such quality of care ever. I would recommend this place to all my family and friends.

Felt really slow yesterday. I was there being checked out. It was a 2.5 hour wait. Took forever for me to get in there and then, once I was in a room, it took about another 40 minutes for someone to actually come in and see me. Even then they didn’t really tell me anything. They just prescribed me something and then made me go sit in the waiting room for another 20 minutes.

Wow staff is amazing! It’s nice to go somewhere where you can tell the staff are happy and taken care of. At least I hope they are, because they were all extremely friendly and professional. The front desk was A+
