I have the Omega sea-master driver 300 professional with the rubber strap but wasn’t wearing too much due to swelling of my hand. So I called Carat n co watch and place an order for the steel bracelet. I spoke with Tiffany on the phone and in less than a week I got the call to come in for the bracelet. When I arrived Derek assisted me. He changed the rubber strap to the steel bracelet in about 5mins. He is a watch enthusiast and very professional (not a single scratch to the lugs). If I am in the market for a watch brand that they carry then I will definitely get it from Derek because I know he will take care me.
