Alma is GREAT! Deserves a pay raise….only salesperson! She was very personable and helpful! She made me feel welcome and comfortable about shopping for a car alone- as a woman. Lady behind front desk was nice and helpful also. All the men working there, walking around, wouldnt even speak to customers….like it was beneath them.

BUYER BEWARE!!!I have never had such a terrible experience with a Car Dealership AFTER I bought the car. Customer service was beyond terrible. I would advise anyone that is considering doing business with them to reconsider, even if they have a good deal going on at the time.We bought an Expedition as our family car in April of 2017. Less than a week later, we were bringing it back to them because of mechanical problems… they tried to argue about the terms of our warranty, even though the problems were covered. When we turned the car in for the repairs, they didn’t tell us how long it would take, nor the repair shop that would be doing the repairs! We had to call everyday to see if it was done…it took them 3 days before it even went to the shop…and we had to rent a car during this period.More recently we needed the fuel pump changed, and had it diagnosed by a mechanic. We turned the car in to Car Mart at night (it was still under warranty), and they called the next morning (an hour after opening) to say that the car was fixed…the fuel pump had never been touched…It turns out that there were major problems with the vehicle that were never disclosed to us, and it was clear that they tried to cover the problems up with bad repair jobs… DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

We just purchased a 2007 Mercury Mountaineer through this location. All I can say is wow! Alma Sledge was amazing. She went above and beyond for us. She didn’t even mind us bringing our children! We have three that are three and under (A three year old little girl, two year old little boy, an a almost 5 month old baby boy) and she made them feel comfortable. My kids tend to be shy around strangers but they felt comfortable enough to be their silly selves! Our vehicle is great and for the price and the low mileage was something I was not prepared to find at such a steal. The inside of the car was impeccable. We were greeted when we first walked in and felt that we made the right choice immediately. Alma works her butt off and makes sure you completely understand the terms and conditions and makes sure you get into the vehicle you want! If you’re in the market for a vehicle, I cannot recommend them enough. We will continue to go through this location for any vehicles we want to purchase in the future. The fact that my payments are as affordable as they are is such a great feeling. I cannot say enough how awesome they really are.
