Cano’s upholstery far exceeded our expectations! They did a wonderful job re-upholstering our sectional and extra large chair with ottoman. They used quality fabrics and their workmanship is superior. Andrea and Adrian are friendly, knowledgeable and communicated with us in a timely manner. We are very happy with their professional service and our new furniture. We will definitely bring repeat business and refer them anywhere we can.

If I could give these people no stars at all I would. The women that I talked to about an estimate was extremely rude, unprofessional and never answered the phone while trying to schedule for a pick up. She then finally reached out asking for 1/2 deposit which would of been $150 then she changed it to $180 which would of been 60% of the job she was angry that I wasn’t too comfortable giving her my money since she only answers when she wants and still ask for more money than agreed. I do not trust this company, sounds fishy and unprofessional. I do not recommend this place.

When I first contacted Cano’s upholstery for a repair of my favorite sofa and love seat, I was expecting to have to go in with my sample of pillows and color swatches for my leather sofa I needed repaired (like all other companies were requiring me to do) but surprisingly Andrea offered to come to my home for an in home estimate….what ! who does that ? This was already the best customer service I had experience thus far. I had a two minute conversation with Andrea over the phone where she asked me questions about the project and the style that I was interested in ( color scheme , traditional , formal etc…). She was able to fit me into her schedule that day and she arrived to my home with swatches that were perfect for my style and color scheme, in addition to the perfect color of leather I needed to match for the rest of my furniture …very impressive!
They returned a few days later and picked up the furniture that needed repair and upgrade. They delivered the finished product to me on schedule and the result is beautiful. Exactly what I was looking for .
I interviewed quite a few companies and in the end Cano’s Upholstery not only won our business for their excellent price, they won for their unparalleled customer service ! With Cano’s you are treated like their most important customer!
