I left a review last year but Mike Marney asked me to remove it. Mike sold us our liner & contracted Dave to install it. After they installed it, the new liner separated from the coping & hard pointy things were sticking into my feet on the bottom of the pool! I called both men several times but no one responded. After I removed the review, Dave finally came to fix it. Dave closed the pool last year. The job they did was horrible. I had to fix it. I decided then to hire someone new. When we took the tarp off last Thursday, I noticed the water was very low. The new liner looked like it was buckling or bubbling under the skimmer area. Then the next day I turned on the pool & water squirted out of the PVC pipe connected to the filter because it was sawed in half! Dave sawed our pipe in half without our consent or knowledge. Dave blamed the pool. Never asked us, never told us. Dave has refused to come & look at the liner or fix the pipe he cut to the filter. I will call our plumber tomorrow to fix it. Dave is responsible for the damages to our property and I will see him in small claims court. This company does not guarantee their work. Both men talked down to me, they were rude and don’t want any responsibility. If you want a good job done on a liner installation, don’t call Cannon, you will regret it.
