This place STRONGLY lacks on customer service. The first time i went in the store Canales Furniture in the Mesquite location my experience was good with their staff, i saw a vanity i liked and wanted at first sight unfortunately they didn’t have it in stock so they had to order it for me, i was told it would take 4 to 5 weeks to receive it since it was on back order, since i really wanted it i agreed to wait the time. Now its going to be 2 1/2 months going to 3 months that i purchased the vanity and i have not received it. I have been VERY understanding and patient but EVERY time i call to ask when will i receive it they give me a new date of delivery and its just gotten SO FRUSTRATING that i paid for something and have not received it. I strongly advise you to make your purchase in store of what they already have in stock or not at all. I WILL make SURE my review is shared around by my friends and family because this is UNacceptable!
