Consistently incompetent. Every time I have gone in, this last time because I had no choice, something has gone wrong. First time they damaged my truck. Second time, they had the wrong parts. This last time, they simply ordered the wrong part again and it took almost 3 months to get just find out it was wrong. Who know how long I’m going to have to wait this time.

I bought a BakFlip MX4 tonneau bed cover from Campway’s on Pacheco Blvd, Martinez, CA. I had them install it and one of the two installers was not only rude, he did not know what he was doing. Further, he used the wrong Torx bit and stripped out the head of two bolts that attach the rails to the truck which will make it a big problem if I have to take off the rail. The other installer was good however. Bottom line is I won’t buy or use them again.
