Super nice people! Very helpful on the phone when we called before stopping in. Took lots of time to help us find what we needed and what we wanted, offered for us to take the bikes for a spin to feel them out. Great atmosphere in general and were very patient and not pushy at all about making sales. I highly recommend!

I had a new bike fitting at Campus Niagara. It was overall a great experience. I have had issues with numbness and pain in my hands and saddle region for years on all of my past bikes. I finally transitioned from a road bike to a hybrid for more comfort this year, but I was still having issues. I used Campus’ saddle program a few years ago and got a better saddle, which they installed on my new bike and made sure it was level and at the right spot. I also got a new stem, which made the bike much more comfortable (more upright) for me, as well as new grips and a rack. My bike is much more comfortable now and I am closer to my goal of going bikepacking and riding for a long time off road. Overall, I’ve had nothing but good experiences at Campus since I moved back to Buffalo 3 years ago and would highly recommend.
