They really took care of fixing my macbook and communicating the process as they waited for parts to be shipped. By far the best customer service. Much easier than going to the Apple store.

I gave an ambitious explanation for a piece of my computer charger I was missing. Even with my poor description and failure to bring in the charger, the campus store was able to find a used version of the exact piece I was missing and gave it to me! Such a great store with all kinds of products and outstanding customer service.
