I have been going to Camping World since 1989 when we purchased our first motorhome. We purchased another used motorhome several months ago and it needed several items:- Reseal the roof- Fix the inverter charging system- Tow a car. Baseplate, electrical, car braking system, etc- Install new entry door hinge with stainless steel rivetsMy experience was great.Clayton Nolan, product specialist handled my roof reseal and explained all the options and helped me understand what was needed. He had his installer go on the roof to make sure what repairs were needed.Jerry Gernux, product specialist worked on the tow car package and was very thorough to make sure we had the right base plate, electrical and braking package for the right car. There were many options and he explained the costs and benefits of each option.Derrell Currier, product specialist set up an appointment to have a diagnostic of the inverter charging system and worked with the service department to get the right parts to have it working again. He returned my calls and kept me in the loop of what was going on.Jeff Austine the service manager ALWAYS made himself available to answer questions and showed me how to hook up the tow vehicle.Mike Parkerson the store manager was very helpful with questions about the latest products that have changed through the years….especially Satelitte Dishes. This is a lengthy review but I want to thank Jeff, Mike and their staff for staying open during the Pandemic and not closing the store. This has been a difficult time this last year for everyone.Thank you Camping WorldSteven Collins

I had a safety + bar installed and a couple of vent covers. May have been my mistake but I talked to three different people about the vent covers and they were under the impression when I got there that I was going to bring them. The install only took about two hours. I’ll let them know that it seems to be pulling to the right. When they told me the coach was ready when I approached it there was still a tag on the windshield. I opened up the couch there is plastic all over the seat protection up and down the center of the kitchen. And Spilled their protection underneath the driver’s feet. In my opinion all this should have been removed and ready to go. Maybe I’m asking for too much.
