In addition, we offer many services such as Camera Repairs, Telescope Repairs, Film Processing, Digital Scanning, and Video Transfer Services. We also offer a high level of customer support with every product we sell. In addition to our standard practice of providing in-person or email/phone product support at the store level, we also sponsor and run Educational Workshops on a regular basis throughout the year. I had a terrible experience with this company. Money taken with confirmation email. Bank statement showed it came out 3 times.Contacted person via email. He was in my personal opinion very arrogant, very unhelpful . All I got was very shouty cap lock responsesI purchased online and filled out all the required fields that were present on the screen.Despite money being taken he sold item to another.He told me that this was because I had not paid postage.I could only fill out on the screen that was in front of me.Now awaiting refund. Hopefully very soon.This is by far the worst company that I have ever dealt with.

Love this place. Keeping in mind it is a shoppe and not super store, they have surprisingly large selection of products and accessories. The sign says it all, telescopes and cameras. If you are a hobbyist of either of these at any level, make this a destination stop. The people here are so helpful, patient and attentive; it is an absolute pleasure coming here.
