I needed to find an audiologist as my first one moved out of the area. I am grateful to have found California Hearing Center. The office is staffed by exceptional people; each one possesses superior knowledge, a professional demeanor, and an uncommonly genuine caring for clients. I have been a patient for approximately eight years ~ my questions have been answered promptly and my concerns about different hearing aids have been addressed to my satisfaction. I was able to get an appointment in a reasonable time after first contacting the California Hearing Center having been referred to them by Whisper, a hearing aide company. The staff made sure to follow social distancing policies such as limiting the number of patients, making sure we were separated, wiping down the chairs after our use etc. I was seen soon after a brief COVID screening interview. The staff was very professional and did a good job explaining my needs after my hearing test. I left with a pair of hearing aids custom adjusted to my needs after my appointment. I was pleased to see that there was a parking lot in the back of the building with plenty of spaces available.
