Terrible. I can only get cash out here. I was told that I wouldn’t be helped without a mask from a lady not wearing a mask!! Does that make sense? 2 different locations have done this, 2 different females not wearing mask telling people they wont help them. And honestly, this is probably the worst Location in Fresno. Been here often and usually prefer to wait to go to Clovis because I cant stand this place. This location is always on a power trip. Clovis is the best one.

Never gave permission for money to be withdrawn from my account. Was told if I was late making a credit line payment, I would only be charged a late fee. Who gave permission to pull from my account when the business day wasn’t over yet? On 10-15-2020

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness At the window and the lady answers the phone instead of saying hold she stays on the phone for about 13 minutes. After the call she then helps me….smh
