A technician came by to troubleshoot the heating problem with our Jacuzzi spa a few days before Christmas 2020. It was determined that it needed a new flow switch. Also, I asked if they could order 3 new headrests. I hadn’t received any updates so I had called several times to find out the status of the order. In January, after I called, they said they ordered it, but due to COVID, it may take a while. Once it comes in, they’ll call me. Finally, at the end of March, I called to check the status, and they said they have it. Who knows how long it was sitting on the shelf or desk. You’d think once you get the part in, you’d call the customer ASAP and set up an installation appointment. They finally installed it at the end of March 2021, but they said they couldn’t order the headrests. They weren’t available. OK. It took less than 15 minutes to install the flow switch. Great. Here’s your $153.53. On a whim, I went on Amazon and saw the headrests I needed and ordered them. I got them within a week and installed them in less than 10 minutes. I also saw the flow switch on Amazon for $65.50. I wish I went on Amazon sooner. I would have saved some money, but more importantly, I could have had my spa back in service sooner. This is an authorized Jacuzzi sales and service store. They should step up their customer service.

My first time visiting, it’s an absolute winter wonderland, in awe when I walked in the door. So many things to see and I wanted it all. I got a beautiful flocked tree and the associate that helped me was super helpful and amazing. I will be going back soon.
