Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Value These guys are true professionals of the industry. I’ve had work done with other shops in the past, but Caliber is next level in terms of quality. The great work they did on my M3 is not even comparable to the work I had done on previous cars with other shops. The attention to detail + quality is top notch with Caliber.

They set a date for when my car would be ready and my car was not ready till 6 days. later I didn’t get no updates until I called a day before my car was going to be ready that’s when they told me it would not be ready I was very lucky was able to stay with a cousin the till it was ready. When I dropped my car they told me they would email me the paperwork I never received nothing when it came to paying my deductible I had only my cash and the receptionist told me the don’t do cash that I signed that paper when I dropped my car. And she was the same one that told me we would do all the paperwork thru email luckily there was a really nice guy there that helped out. he might have been in accounting I do thank him
