I was AMAZED! I came in thinking it’s just any other body shop boy was i wrong! First i walked in and i was greeted with a warm and energetic smile. Gave them my info and they inform me that they couldn’t find me in their system, I realized I was at the wrong caliber, they were nice enough to take me in I got my estimate that same day.

Brought my 2015 Audi S3 to Cooks Collision San Leandro at the suggestion of my auto insurance USAA. They were very friendly and evaluated the repairs for my car rather quickly. Told me because it is an import it might take a few weeks to get the parts. They called Enterprise Rent A Car down the street and they came and picked me up so I could just leave the car with them. 2 Weeks later the car was done and they called me to the shop. Didn’t even have to take the rental car back to Enterprise, just left it with the shop. The work was fantastic. I can tell they really took their time with the repairs and the paint job. Looks brand new. Couldn’t be happier with these guys. Would definitely use them again.
