Customer Service. – Great experience during drop off, the persons at the front desk was polite, the only problem I had was that during check out I asked about warranty and she told me that it was explained in one of three pages I was signing, I mean, warranty is standard for all their customers, at least she should know that.Customer Service Consultant. – Great experience during drop off, did not provide update status as it supposed to be, call me asking for final payment and the car was not ready yet, improper coordination with my Insurance in regards to final payment, during pick up I noticed they did not fix the exhaust system which I highlighted to the Service Consultant at drop off however they took immediate action to fix it. I found out later that the Service Consultant was new to his position, this might be the reason of all the inconsistencies.General Manager. – Spoke to him after I start experiencing problems with the Service Consultant and he took immediate action to solve the situation.Job done to the Car. – I know they missed to fix the exhaust system however overall job was good.I do recommend to take you car to this repair center, they just need to improve some points in regards to Customer Service but their quality is good and also the time it took to repair my car was good.They Replaced and painted a rear bumper for a Mazda 6 2016, including some other underneath parts, aligned the exhaust system and scanned to see if there were problems with rear traffic sensors.
