Caliber is very busy. I brought donuts bc I called to inform I was running a few minutes late and actually got told I wasn’t on the schedule for an appointment I made two days prior and had talked on the phone about to them the day prior.I was told also my hail damage required a special independent contractor be present and he wouldn’t be in until later.I was told originally my appointment would take 20 minutes. I waited over 1.5 hours and then was asked to just leave and my estimate would be emailed. After sorting confusion with getting my insurance claim assigned myself, my insurance told me Collison would call. Two days later they hadn’t. I called and was told the email of an estimate would be sent to me and my insurance and I still haven’t received that several days later. Calling again today I guess…All businesses have been unusual during Covid-19 times and they are no exception.

Poorly done repairs! Delivered back to me with front license plate upside down, overspray, chipped trim panel, missing hardware, etc…NO attention to detail. Managers response just bring it back
