I found the Caliber staff to be helpful and friendly and their text message updates were very helpful. I didn’t get an estimated time of completion and had to use their text link to go find the information but that was minor.I was under the impression that they were ordering parts from the pictures I sent in previous to my visit, that turned out to not be the case. So, in total I was in a rental for 8 days…for a bumper.I think Caliber did a good job on the repair, but unfortunately the paint doesn’t match completely. There’s a definite difference between the two panels on my car.I also had to clean the headliner on the driver’s side because whoever was in and out if my car left filthy fingerprints on the door frame headliner. This is just amateur, who is touching the freaking headliner???They did detail my car nicely. I appreciated that. Overall, I wish my old body shop was still in business because I would have preferred going to someone I know and trust.
