Great experience and great people! I used Caliber as part of an insurance claim. The communication was great and I think the people I interacted with were genuinely nice people who actually cared about the quality of their work; and cared about whether or not I was happy with the work. Zack and Shannon are super friendly. There was lots of communication and it was by text, which was so convenient. I didn’t have to go back and forth on the phone to get every piece of information. Excellent service! Excellent team!
