They really made the process simple and easy! We had a next day appointment after our accident and upon arrival a rental car was available for us onsite. Andrew kept us updated every step of the way and Clay and Biggie repaired our vehicle and had us back on the road a few days earlier than initially expected. Our vehicle was returned to us washed and detailed both inside and out which was a really nice touch. Thank you for making this a painless experience and for taking care of our van.

This has to be the smoothest experience I’ve had with getting my car repaired. The employees at Caliber remained completely professional throughout the whole transaction. They kept in contact with my car insurance company and this really put me at ease, I didn’t have to worry about anything! They updated me daily via text message about the repairs on my car and they respond promptly. Everything that was done on my car was explained in full detail. My repairs were finished earlier than expected and I even received a complimentary interior and exterior clean… yes they washed the inside and outside of my car! he repairs were great, my car looked like new. I have had a chance to drive my car for about a week and a half now since the repairs and I have had no issues after driving a long trip of about 170 miles. The parts were painted and match the color of my car. Overall very satisfied with the repair. Andrew repaired my car and he was very happy to service me. Not only was he pleasant, but professional and respectful. I highly recommend trusting Caliber Collision with ANY of your car repairs.
