I have never used Cakeitecture before, but have been given cookies from there so I knew they were super cute. I recently made a custom order with them which they told me they would be able to do for a shower we are having in a couple weeks. I sent them all necessary information as soon as they let me know they could do it. Two days later they wrote me to let me know they wouldn’t be able to do cookies for us because all of a sudden they are fully booked. So now I’m back at square one. Comes off as very unprofessional to me, so I wouldn’t try them again in the future.

Positive: Professionalism, Responsiveness I needed cookies for party favors for my daughter’s 1st birthday! I was so amazed at the results! Miss Lee was so nice and helpful! I will definitely used Cakeitecture Bakery again!

The employees seemed nice to work with and I was excited about my wedding cake after a great tasting. Unfortunately the cake that I got for my wedding was not the same as I had tasted before….it was dry and tasted so bad that the whole cake was thrown away. When I told them that something went wrong with the cake, they were very defensive and said it was “NOT DRY” even though they didn’t taste it. I never asked or expected a refund, because accidents happen, so a genuine apology was all I wanted but they wouldn’t even do that after paying $300 for a terrible wedding cake! If you want a pretty cake or cookies this is the place…..but if you want them to actually taste good definitely stay far far away!!!!!
