Kenny was a great salesman and extremely helpful to someone ready to buy their first quality bike. I told him my budget and he laid out the options within +/- ~$200 of it, while explaining exactly what benefits each bike had and how (if I wanted to) spending a bit more would save me in the effort of upgrading down the road.I never felt pressured into going over my set limit and did not feel as though I was just dealing with someone trying to make a sale. He explained where each bike sat in performance levels and related specific components to the trails I would be riding on.He recommended a Scott bike that was equipped with an air shock and remote lockout, both of which have been fantastic to have while out in the woods.He also explained the current technology being used in helmets, assisting me in making the correct decision for the best protection, and even deciding on what color bottle cages/pedals would fit the bike. (these flat black cages will complement the graphics on the bike. Yeah! Those yellow pedals will definitely work with the paint!)Will definitely shop at Cahaba Cycles again and will call Kenny when I’m ready to upgrade to a full suspension!

Very knowledgeable staff and Gene, specifically, was great! They also have a huge selection of bikes. Gene was patient with me and explained all the features of the different bikes I was looking at and let me try them out behind the shop. Once I made my selection, they were able to get the bike adjusted in the time it took to pick out my accessories. I am completely satisfied with my purchase and experience and would highly recommend! I drove from Nashville to find the bike I wanted and it was worth it.

Cahaba Cycles was able to accommodate me with a super hard to find Marlin 6 when no one else could within a 200 mile radius. Additionally, they pulled the bike from the warehouse, assembled it, and had it ready for me within 4 days. Lastly, the employee was friendly and very helpful as I had to make my trip from North Florida. Super satisfied!
