THE BEST CHEESE YOU WILL EVER HAVE! A great variety of cheeses to choose from that are all unique and amazing. Jane does a stellar job sourcing her cheeses from the highest quality farms and is always great at suggesting new cheeses to try. Once you have cheese from here you will never look at grocery store cheese the same way again – I truly never knew cheese could taste so good. Our favorites are the mango ginger (sounds weird, but SO good), smoked Swiss, or classic havarti but you can’t go wrong. Whatever you do, you MUST stop here!

The top place to get your cheese. It’s a small, independent, woman operated/owned local business, which I like to always support. The cheeses are better than the vast majority of what you can purchase from the grocery. I don’t think that grocery stores can match Jane’s prices, all things equal in terms of quality. I purchase just about all of my cheese from Cadwell’s Cheese House, except parmesan which I use to make pesto. Before Columbus Day, I buy my winter supply that is vacuum sealed and remains fresh clear until she opens again in the spring. You will do well for yourself and the local Chautauqua County economy if you buy your cheese from Jane.
