A bicycle shop can be intimidating to a new cyclist, but I believe an old-school service approach makes for a different experience. Combining this experience with the most current industry knowledge allows us to be integrated into the community and deliver true value to all our patrons. Looking forward to buying a $3-4K bike from these guys and going on their weekly group rides. Find out they sell bikes out from under you after less then an hour after stating you will be by shortly as its a hour drive for me. I understand its a competitive market but I was hoping for at least first right to refusal on the sale. Glad you were able to make a sale anyway.

Really nice staff. Please offer to fit customers before letting them buy a pricey bike! From my experience Richardson Bike Mart has stellar customer service and professionalism. They offer to fit you and assess your needs before allowing you to buy a bike. This is a very important components of bike retail sales and service.
