Extremely rude customer service, keep giving excuses when you ask for updates on your order. Does not listen to your question, and just talk over. 1 star is a bit too much for them. 1 week after order and no status update? unbelievable!!!! Do not order from this company!!!!!

Thought they had excellent prices online, until I went to check out with 5 small items and the shipping was $34. No thanks.If you’re going to pretend your items are a great deal, but then tack on an insane shipping cost… it looks shady.I’ll head back over to NailCompany.com where I usually purchase, and get the same items at a slightly higher price, but with a $10 flat shipping…and it’s still cheaper. Tsk tsk.
