It’s rare that I leave reviews, but I truly hope that management sees this review, takes action and only betters the process for all future shoppers! :)I have an 18 month old and I’m expecting my second baby in August! I’m very excited but stepping into a world of being a mom of two is intimidating to say the least. I’m part of several local mom groups and have been researching the perfect 2 baby stroller- ultimately my husband and I landed on a rather pricey: Uppababy Vista! This stroller is $1000+ with taxes so I’m sure you can relate in wanting to ask questions beyond the site, etc.During my time in the store this past Monday, we walked in and wasn’t greeted by a single person. No qualms here, I’m in customer service and totally understand being busy (there were 3 people standing there and no line- none the less, whatever). I then went over to the stroller section and looked at strollers with probably 3 other families— all asking eachother questions, finding answers on Google and really looking forward to their new arrivals. After digging through the mess of boxes, i found an employee close by setting the strollers back in place and asked her if she could help me find a stroller, if they kept them in back and a simple “does it come with this attachment or that?” She was extremely dismissive, stated she didn’t think they would have the color but very hesitantly said “I’ll look” and walked away. I waited and after about 15 mins she returned and said “it’s at the front” — no one else was getting helped by the way, she went along her merry way. Such a sad loss of business that this store could be capturing. As i approach the register to make my heavy purchase, there are 2 cashiers and one lady standing behind the counter. I presented their Memorial Day coupon and he states “sorry, Uppababy doesn’t allow coupons”. Okay, again, totally understand but the lady behind him asks if this is for my registry. I tell her I haven’t registered yet but ask if there is a benefit towards this purchase if so- the three than awkwardly look at eachother. The man goes “well you get a coupon but only like 6 weeks from your due date- so” and I ask “okay if i register and purchase at the later date” and he interrupts and says well you can return it when you get the coupon. I said, “great” and the ONE helpful girl goes “you only have 14 days and it will take a few weeks”. So again, the 3 aimlessly stare at me and he repeats “well it’s only close to your due date”. At this point, my patience is lost- I share that #1 I’m in my 3rd trimester, #2 i appreciated the one woman who was honest answer #3 i was unsure why they all stood there staring at eachother and delivering different messages. My cherry on top- as my husband is holding our 18 month and I’m standing there super pregnant, not a single one of them offer to help us out to the car.I’ve lost sleep over spending 1K and allowing this store to profit. I’ve thought of all the amazing things to come as a new mom and HOPE they don’t enter this store to register or purchase because it’s such a poor experience. I’ve quite honestly thought of returning my item and buying from a place that cares about their customers and the business. I put back every small item i gathered because honestly, why support this?? As a message to the company- do yourself a favor and fire and hire new staff, they are running this location into the ground. You have the appropriate clientele walking in, you have the volume and the customers…. You could be tripling your revenue putting a team in place that simply says “let me check in back for you!” Or “can I help you find anything”

Good place to have something for little ones. They have good selection of strollers and car seats. Interior is clean and well maintained. The plaza has parking big enough.

This is the second time I been there. I just asked the lady do you guys price match she was ok but her co worker was so rude even while billing unfortunately I got the same lady and she was so rude and when I showed her price she said ok for it but when I came in my car and checked she charged me just 10% off not the price match. Not a bad store but bad working people
