Worst staff and manager ever. Save your time and money and do the registry in target they have awesome staff. Three people inspected my faulty fisher price – ‘safari dreams cradle and swing’ one by one just to make sure it was not used. Of course it was assembled and that’s how we came to know that the swing is not working but, we did not use it and packed it back immediately. It was gift from registry and I had the receipt but, the staff refused to return.One reviewer mentioned about the staff being rude and bothered by the questions and it is true. I noticed the same during my registry and only registered for very few items with them.

I went here when 36 weeks pregnant! To find a combo stroller with carseat.When i found the one i liked i went atound the store looking for am employee until i finally found one i tols her i needed help on the stroller section she said yes ill be there in a min to help.minutes passed by until almost an hr passed by i was super tired of standing then i finally i went to cashiers to adk for the manager i let her know i had been waiting gor an hr to get help that 2 diferent employes told me they would help me and none evr came.i told her i didnt feel good because i was standing forever i was thirsty she offered me a seat brought me water and brought the stroller i wanted alomg with a discount. But even with the discount my time wasted and mw standing walking around forr an employee to help not even a discount is worth my time spent so if you walk into thid store be prepared to be ignored!the store has lots of options well stoked lots of baby items but COSTUMER SERVICE SUCKS!!

Drove all the way into town to buy a baby monitor sock that costs a few hundred dollars. Only to be told that I cannot buy it separate and that I will have to order directly from the manufacturer. As I’m walking out the store I see a big aisle end cap with exactly what I was asking for for sale. It is literally facing the checkout stand. Employees don’t seem interested in their work let alone helping you. When I left the employee know I found the product and where it was they just ignored me… Bizarre interaction.
