The customer service here is really lacking. Unfortunately I didn’t have a good in-store shopping experience at the stroller section or at the registry counter on 2 separate occasions. The staff seems impatient or unwilling to help. The registry gift bag is good being free but not comparable with other stores that offer it, and not worth the drive had I known ahead of time what was in it. The products are still great but again can mostly be found elsewhere that also offer great customer service.

Best place for mother and baby! I visit this store during the COVID-19 Pandemic, only few people in store. They maintain the full operation, allowing me to have easy access to anything we need. Appreciate!

Was very please with the staff in the Yorba Linda Store way better customer service then Mission Viejo store. In Yorba Linda staff was patient Called the morning of to check if they had the Diaperbag I was looking for on hold they did, and when my coupon wasn’t working Fran was sweet and patient to wait until it did work. That was very helpful especially for a expecting mother not to feel stressed.Thank you staff
