I just had a newborn 12/28/20. My mom and dad wanted to buy us the dresser and crib from San Antonio and have it delivered to my home in Mesquite. Since the cost was relatively expensive my folks first bought the dresser. Well…, not only did we not receive our dresser when stated but after numerous calls we were told it wasn’t on Bye Bye Baby and we would have to handle this through the shipping company they contracted. Ummm excuse me, we ordered the merchandise with BBB. After speaking with Kat a manager over at one of the locations, she seemed very helpful. Until she also told us it’s out of her hands but she escalated to the regional manager. Finally yesterday (after a week and a half of waiting, on month pre order) we get the dresser at 3:30pm (window was 9am-1pm). Opened is and the dresser is damaged on the corner. I will try to upload a picture but I must say this whole experience has been a headache and caused my 70 y.o. mom unneeded stress even though I complained and got the delivery fee waived. Now we must fight for the damaged dresser issue. I would try a different store or go to the store yourself as my mom did this online and again we were told by the store we must call customer service as they don’t handle online order even though it’s the same company…

Their furniture area is a mess. I’m a first time mom so it was my first time going to this store to buy formula, I was hoping to use one of the many 20% off coupons that I receive in my email and apparently it excludes “formula, diapers, wipes etc”. Great!

Tay is a stroller savant. So kind and helpful. We were trying to compare the vast amount of strollers and were overwhelmed. He was so knowledgeable and taught us so much. He helped save us some money for sure. Don’t buy a stroller anywhere else. Go talk to Tay.The store is large and has a large selection. I would recommend stopping by to check out your nursery furniture before you add to a registry. Really that goes for any product. Seeing certain items in person made us change our minds. This location had almost everything we wanted for our registry and the employees were very kind. Worth the drive to come to this store.
