I am an expecting father who went into the store not knowing a lot about baby products. I left the store feeling like I got a degree in baby safety, baby products, and baby tips. If you are looking for the ultimate baby product expert, look no further that John Henry. He walked us through all of the products, gave us the details we needed to know and not a manufactures sales pitch. He brought things to our attention that we would’ve otherwise not thought about and regretted. He also didn’t take us to the most expensive brand of anything. He simply asked what we were looking for and what was important to us. I’ve been in customer service industries all my life and this was one of the best customer experiences I have ever had. I would put more than 5 stars if it were possible.

I was not given a gift receipt for something one of my family members purchased here. I have a registry here and somewhere else. The only items that were in stock were mediums and smalls, which was the reason I had to return it. I was able to have it ordered…….for almost full price. The people at the registry section who ordered it for me were very nice, but the women working exchange were rude. My family won’t make this mistake again.
