I have been going to BBB consistently for the last 10 years, for all 4 of my children. I have encountered NOTHING but kind, helpful associates who are actually willing to help customers. They are all incredibly knowledgeable with both product knowledge and customer service that it makes it a pleasure to return. They also consistently go out of their way to ensure I’m getting the best possible deal, whether it be finding me a coupon, or signing me up to get coupons to my email. As my last baby is getting older, I wont be personally shopping as much but I will go out of my way to provide as much positive feedback for this establishment. I have been to other BBB locations including several in the NYC and NJ area and the Colonie location is by far the best. I wish nothing but the best for this location, they deserve ever accolade they get.

Went there on Saturday with my son to get a toddler mattress and there was 4 employees sitting there chatting and I had to get one of their attention since I felt like they were purposely not making eye contact. The guy did NOT ask if I needed help with the mattress as I carried it to my cart. I am 8 months pregnant and plus size so maybe I understand if I dont look pregnant but still it would have been nice if he offered help. When I got to the register I was struggling to pick up the mattress and have the lady ring it out, she was just starring at me lol… the worst part my 5 year old son help me carry the mattress to my car and still not one employee offered help……..

Literally the worst customer service experience of my life on a website. Lost someone who would’ve been a first time and repeat customer because of a technical issue that customer service literally said oh well to me about. With that attitude you will not acquire or maintain customers. I had hundreds of dollars of items in my cart and everything disappeared from my cart at checkout and it said error. Spent two days getting all our Christmas stuff in the cart. Forever an amazon customer and will be letting all my pregnant friends know this company is useless. Carter’s and amazon are the place to shop.
