Tried calling and the guy who answered was pretty unhelpful and it seemed like it was a nuisance that I even called. Definitely don’t plan on using then anymore. Ended up calling Christie’s lighting gallery and they were awesome and very helpful.

Terrible experience. Purchased two items online and after one attempted install, I noticed both pieces were altered (most likely from a prior return). I reached out multiple times in order to return the items and never heard a response. Really disappointing. I would recommend shopping anywhere else.

Entire order of fixtures cancelled after about a 4 weeks. Email stated that they did not have enough stock. I called to see if only certain items were out of stock. Person that answered the phone stated that I would have to talk to someone else who is currently busy but would call me back. Never received a callback.I am accustomed to longer waiting for certain items, but this is unacceptable. 10 items ordered and after a month apparently none of them are in stock. Thank you for singlehandedly throwing a project schedule off track. Could have ordered somewhere else earlier if it weren’t for such bad communication.
