after 3 hours of waiting and no phone calls AAA reached out to notify me Buteras had cancelled my tow. Im not the only one this has happened to. While reading this it counted at least 10 other reviews that all said butera canceled or refused service. clearly this is due to the fact I was going through AAA. I don’t understand how AAA is okay with carrying such poorly managed company on their services. Im sure after I take alll the pictures of these reviews to AAA they will consider removing Butera from the list of AAA certified companies. I called at 8:26 pm on 02/06/21 and it is now its 9:20 am 02/07/2021 and my car is still stranded in the middle of down town.
