I made my girlfriend angry on a Saturday afternoon. This is the love of my life and I had to turn it around immediately. I searched for a florist for an hour or so online. Difficult process and no delivery until Monday…. I found Burns in the local directory. Kelly answered and in conversation explained that they close in less than an hour. I asked only once if there was anything that can be done and OMG!!! She delivered the flowers on her way home which was not even the same direction! What an absolute ANGEL!!! She saved my relationship with the most beautiful arrangement! This is how business is done as it was in the days of old. When customer service was important to businesses. I can not find the words that define my gratitude.
