The manager was so unprofessional and not organized my daughter 16 years old and this was first job for her to interview. He left my daughter standing in the meeting room for 30 minutes she has appointment at 4:00 pm she left at 4:35 without seeing him he said to her he will come in a second and he left without telling any one she is waiting for her interview. I feel so bad for Burlington for having a manager like him.

Overall this store barely rates a 3. Yes many fine deals can be found here but the physical building is is shambles. The automatic door is glitchy and if it does not work when you try it you have to push your way in. The escalator never works properly and the elevator has caution tape all around it (this is all on Black Friday 2017).Upstairs almost 1/3 of the floor space is closed of as it seems better to stack and jam as much merchandise as possible onto the sales floor.Idk but I think a better shopping experience can be had elsewhere.

Horrible customer service. I’m 30 weeks pregnant, have a 6 year old and work full time. I was 2 days over the 30 day return policy, and the manager was unable to make an exception to return the money i spent back onto my card. So now I’m stuck with a store credit that will never get used because I rarely shop at this store. The day I go in to finally use the store credit will be the last and final day I ever shop at this company. Rediculous!
