Third time I’ve gone in the last few months and purses were picked over, my usual purchase. Second time the bathrooms were shut and I had to leave the store to find one… I didn’t come back this time despite having a purchase I would have made… I just left it behind with the shut down bathrooms. Mind you it had been a few months and surely they could have been repaired by now.

This use to be my favorite store until yesterday. There were security every where inside the store following everyone. The store mgt walked by me several times as I was looking at hair products. He did not acknowledge me because he was too busy watching me. I have never been treated like this at Burlington. I put all my hair products on a table, looked up, and saw that the shoppers were mostly black people and Hispanic people. All the people of color were followed and watched. I will NEVER shop there again.

I bought shoes from here and they tell you when you buy them if you have any problems to bring them back, but the only way you can find out if there is something wrong with a shoe is to wear it. Once you wear it they won’t take it. All other places would return it so that you would be happy and come back. Not these guys. They maybe cheap on a lot of things don’t go there they will screw you in the end. I am the most unhappy.
