As far as customer service this is the absolute worst. This store only has 2 sometimes 3 cashiers on a busy day like Sunday and it’s a constant issue.

I just spent 300 dollars shopping at this Burlington location. I bought a winter jacket and a lot of items. However, the manager named Jen is very rude and had an attitude. She refused to give me a big bag for my jacket and asked if I can carry it. This location is in the mall, so how may I going to carry a winter jacket throughout the mall while I’m shopping? One of the employees told me that they have bigger paper bags but they are in the back and she refused to give them away. I explained that I am still shopping and they didn’t have any concerns as if I am just going to have to carry this jacket with me. In addition, the employee helping me was very slow and not to mention there was a line and only 2 registers were open. Very unprofessional and rude behavior from the employees here.

Worst experience ever, after waiting for more than 45 minutes on the line, the cashier which name is Victoria, Supervisor, since the first minute she had and actitud and didn’t even greet me as a costumer, I was purchasing a mirror who wrongly as she stated had the wrong price on it. She was very nasty and treat me like if I was trying to steal instead of buying. When it was the time to swipe my credit card she yelled a me saying that she was not ready in a nasty way. I had an over $200 purchase on my cart, and for more that I love Burlington I ended up leaving everything at the register. This lady need to have some training on how to have some costumer service, or literally just get fire for treating people with no respect. Is was a shame to leave your house and search all the stuff I have for more than two hours to be treated like junk.
