I purchased a 4,000.00 embroidery machine 2 years ago. It has been back for repair 4 times…yes FOUR. thats every 6 months.Each time i was assured it was fixed and charged 85.00.2 visits ago they decided it was the arm…under warranty. Yet charged me 85.00.Picked up new arm a week ago. Machine did not act right. So i decided my husband could do just as good of a job…..he did. It is fixed and i am embroideringThe stores only suggestion was to trade it in and upgrade…more money for them, of courseI think i am due the 85.00 back, at a minimum
