I’ve always been a big fan of the brand, I made a mistake & purchased the wrong size online so I thought no big deal I will just switch it in store, once at the fashion valley location i was informed they didn’t have my size, which was unfortunate so I choose to just get a refund for my shoes. The lady quickly said she would refund the amount to the card I purchased it on no problem so I left satisfied until 45min later I noticed the card number she refunded it to on my recipt did not match the card I have proof that I purchased them on. The lady (also the manager) offered me no further help for my situation and told me there was nothing she could do and that the card she refunded the total to was the card I “ purchased them with” which is not true because I have bank statements with times and dates to prove my purchase with this card. Overall a horrible experience and big money loss on my part. I was denied when asked if I could just take my shoes back and told that I can “re purchase them”. I received even worse customer service from the customer service number provided on my receipt were I got nothing but bad attitude & basically called me a liar. 0/5 stars for my experience with burrberry today.

They have great customer service they don’t judge you off your appearance they actually make you feel comfortable spending your money at burberry ..there friendly no stuck up attitudes alway smiling and very helpful .I will definitely remain a loyal customer
