If I could give this place one Star I definitely would. The lady who took my order (titania) looks as if she hates her job and has an attitude as if she doesn’t want to be there. I find it ridiculous I couldn’t return my shirt Bc the tag was in the bag and not on the shirt. She completely dismissed me and didn’t try to inquire a better way to help me at all. I will never be shopping here again.

Customer service is terrible, they treat you as if you are graced in their presence. I have never been at a store where they give you so much attitude and do the least to help out a buying customer. Also quality and cleanliness of the items are not up to par for a “luxury brand”.You would be better off going next door to Abercrombie and Fitch for customer service….yeah that’s how bad the associates and managers are there….
