Great customer service upon entering, shopping, purchasing and leaving. BUT! I had to order one of my items and never received shipping confirmation or a tracking number. There was no follow up process which is horrible, especially for commission based employment. I will stick to purchasing my items online.

I had the worst experience at the Burberry Manhasset store, I had purchased my wife a gift card for a trench coat she wanted to buy. About a month later she goes to buy the coat with the gift card and they tell her the gift card was already used which it was not used by me or my wife. The store tells me it was used the day ( actually 3 hours after) I purchased it and used to buy various items I never bought. So clearly the card was duplicated. After the card was rejected I went back on numerous occasions and they refused to refund me the money. Prior to this purchase I was told their customer service is outstanding. I have to wholeheartedly disagree and would give a 0 star review if I could
