No service accountability! We have constantly called regarding our front door damages prior to close & damages done from replacement of door sweep. I have called & sent email with photos regarding the rounded corners on our door, gouges & damages from when replaced the door sweep. No one calls back, just ignores emails – nothing has been done regarding our front door. Calls, email with pictures & service request placed within warranty year have yet to see any service from them!

Don’t bother. We arrived at 4:20 on a Monday only to be met at the door and asked if we had an appointment. We had no way of knowing we needed one. I asked if they could give us a 4:30 appointment since they closed at 5 and I was told no because they start leaving around 4. All we wanted to do was buy a door and give them our money, but instead they lost a customer. Pretty sad. I hope their management knows this is going on.
